#90 The Alleyway

There still still some alleyways like these in small communities, but they are slowly disappearing.

#56 Rudulfu-san

I went to the "Street Show" at Lumpini Park this afternoon and watched some of the shows, this if I can fight the crowds.  Then in between show, I walked around people watching.  Of course I have my camera with and snapped lots of photos.  But I took this pictures of the Japanese man with his red nose.  Alas, I didn't realized that I had my camera in B&W mode.  Enjoy.

#35 Reminder of today- six months ago

This is the aftermath of what happened 6 months  ago today.  Siam Theatre razed to ground.   And so many other buildings and lives lost.  Let not forget what happened.

Riding the train, this pair of mother and baby sat next to me.  And the baby kept on playing goo-goo eyes with me, I snapped photos of her. Sweet!

# 14 Look down again

On the sixth floor of the mall, I looked down and took this image.  I like the lines it created, dotted with little red seats like specks of polka dots.  Didn't realized the couple sitting on the top row.

#11 Skating

The reason why I went to CW a couple of days ago was to visit the skating rink.  It's been about twenty years since I donned on a pair of skates, so I didn't dare.  But I took this picture because I admired the courage of the little girl who took the hand of a stranger so she slide around on ice.

Photo 10- A normal Sunday around the pool

It a sunny Sunday, something that we haven't seen for awhile now - sunshine and no rain. The children are out and about, and making ruckus.  Just another Sunday.  So I went to the poolside armed with my camera and this what I got.

I don't know her name but ain't she cute.  She and her friends were running around the garden, going from pool to pool.  The moment she saw my camera, she stopped as if she wanted her picture taken.

Photo 9 - Look at me . . .

There is a "Flora and Fauna" in one of the malls downtown.  Since I was at the mall to do my hair, I took the time to take photo of the garden and animals on exhibits.  And also the people who came to enjoy themselves.  Like this lady who is posing for her friend, "look at me, I'm a mermaid."

Photo 8 - Wall Art

Continuation of wall art.  I must admit, Bangkok is not an artistic city.  At least not in the western scene.  In the lankiness, darkness, and murkiness, we do have some glimpse of color and aesthetics.  Here is my take on wall art.

Photo 7 Double Exposure

I wanted to take a night shot of the mall from the distance but I didn't have a tripod.  Even braced next to apole, my hands were not steady enough.  This was the result:

I kinda like it.
